When will my order be shipped?
After your order is placed, please allow 7 business days for your order to be processed, packaged and shipped. Please note that our business days are Monday-Friday (excludes weekends and all U.K bank holidays). You will be emailed with shipping information and tracking once your order is shipped.

Refunds/Returns

  • Please contact me with any questions or concerns, it is of utmost importance that you are 100% happy with your order. 
  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Please note: Made to Order, Custom or Personalised orders cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • All returned item must be returned in its original condition.

Accessory Info

  • All sizes are approximate and listed as a general guideline, if you have any questions about the fit or sizing of an item, please contact me, I'm happy to help.
  •  Although I try my best to capture the most accurate item photos, please note that colours may vary due to lighting and exposure.

  • Please note that some accessories may contain small parts, supervision while wearing is always recommended.
